Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This starter policy explains how LifeHub handles information for a personal fitness, finance, habits, and goals dashboard. It is not legal advice; review it with a qualified professional before offering LifeHub broadly to other users.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as name, email address, and encrypted password credentials.
  • Dashboard information you enter, including fitness entries, meals, weight entries, habits, budgets, transactions, recurring expenses, and goals.
  • Bank connection data received through Plaid, such as account names, balances, and transactions. LifeHub does not collect or store your bank username or password.
  • Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the dashboard, save your progress, show finance summaries, refresh connected bank data, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability and security.

Bank connections

Bank linking is handled through Plaid. Your bank login is entered into Plaid’s secure flow, not into LifeHub. Plaid sends LifeHub read-only financial data needed to display balances and transactions.

Storage and security

LifeHub uses encryption for stored Plaid access tokens and account data handled by the server. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid storing information you do not want included in the service.

Sharing

LifeHub does not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting and Plaid, or if required by law.

Your choices

You can sign out, stop using the service, disconnect bank access through Plaid or your bank, and request deletion of account data by contacting the site owner.
